 We are new to Canada and they have really helped us settle with our first rental and are always willing to assist. Our first experience being rental tenants has been stress free.

Everyone I have dealt with has been so lovely and has made the move in process so easy. There were a couple of minor repairs needed and they had a handyman in within the week. The move in package and in depth walk through were such nice touches. This company and its employees really seem to care about the people they deal with.

They were accommodating and flexible for scheduling viewings and the walk through. I particularly enjoy the portal so there is digital access to your rental documents and any other paperwork you might need to access.

Great company! Appreciated the call to check on my family during the Covid19 pandemic. Not many property management companies genuinely care about their customers/tenants. Power Properties IS that company ! Would recommend them in a heartbeat!
