Everyone I have dealt with has been so lovely and has made the move in process so easy. There were a couple of minor repairs needed and they had a handyman in within the week. The move in package and in depth walk through were such nice touches. This company and its employees really seem to care about the people they deal with.

They were accommodating and flexible for scheduling viewings and the walk through. I particularly enjoy the portal so there is digital access to your rental documents and any other paperwork you might need to access.

We've been tenants with Power Properties for 9 years and we are extremely happy with the service that they provide, from Receptionist, Property Manager through the Realtor. We would like to keep doing business with them when we buy a house as well.
